What's in the Free plan and in Pro? Prices, limits, what counts as an invoice and what's included in both plans.
EenFactuurMaken.nl has two plans: Free and Pro. All Dutch invoice rules, the API and the AI connection are included in both.

In both plans: checks against the Dutch invoice requirements (KvK, VAT ID, reverse charge, KOR, intra-EU, export, exempt with reason), credit notes, sequential numbering, reminders with WIK, VIES checks, ECB exchange rates, the online invoice with "viewed", the REST API, the MCP server for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini CLI and Copilot, two-factor authentication, passkeys, API keys and hosting in the EU.
Price
- Monthly: €7 a month excl. VAT (€8.47 incl. 21% VAT).
- Yearly: €70 a year excl. VAT (€84.70 incl. VAT). That's 2 months free.
Are you a business in another EU country with a valid VAT number? Then we reverse-charge the VAT and you pay the amount excl. VAT. How paying and cancelling works: Upgrading and cancelling.
Free plan limits
5 invoices a month
- An invoice counts as soon as you create it (save the draft), including through the API, an AI assistant or the welcome guide.
- Duplicating into a new draft counts too.
- Credit notes never count.
- If you delete a draft that was never finalised, you get it back.
- The counter resets every calendar month (Dutch time).
You see how many you have left this month at the bottom of the app menu. At 5, you can create your next invoice next month, or upgrade to Pro. Through the API you then get 402 plan_limit_reached.
Storage
We keep invoices on the Free plan for 60 days. You get two warnings and can download everything. See Storage and retention.
