Pro is €7 a month, which is €8.47 including 21% VAT. Paying yearly costs €70, which is €84.70 including VAT. You get an invoice you can deduct. ### What counts towards the 5 free invoices? Every new invoice you create in a calendar month, including duplicates. Delete a draft and it no longer counts. Credit notes never count. You can always view, download, send and remind existing invoices. On the first of the month you start again from zero. ### Can I use my own logo and colours on the free plan? Yes. Your logo, your own colours and all three invoice styles (classic, modern and minimal) are in every plan. With Pro you can also save complete invoice designs, with your own font, headers, footers and labels. ### How long do you keep my invoices? On the free plan, 60 days. As a business owner you have to keep invoices for 7 years (the Dutch tax retention requirement), and that stays your responsibility. That's why we warn you twice by email, 14 and 3 days before we delete anything, and you can download everything in one go as PDF and UBL. We never delete an invoice you haven't downloaded without warning you first. With Pro we keep your invoices for 7 years. ### Can I cancel at any time? Yes. You cancel in your settings with one click. Pro keeps running until the end of the period you've already paid for, then you're back on the free plan. Changed your mind? Until then, you can undo the cancellation with one click. ### How do I pay for Pro? You pay through Stripe with iDEAL / Wero, a credit card or SEPA direct debit. After that we collect the amount automatically, by SEPA direct debit or from your credit card. ### What happens to my invoices if I stop Pro? Your invoices stay put for another 60 days. After that the free plan's storage period applies: we warn you twice by email and you can download everything as PDF and UBL. Or stay on Pro and we keep them for 7 years. ### Can I export my data? Yes. You can always download any invoice as PDF and UBL, on the free plan too. Invoices that are about to be deleted can also be downloaded for free in a single ZIP. With Pro you export a whole period in one ZIP with PDF, UBL and a CSV overview. You can also fetch everything yourself through the API. ### Can I send invoices through Peppol? Every invoice comes with a UBL file that follows Peppol BIS 3.0 and NLCIUS, and we attach it to your invoice email. Sending directly over the Peppol network isn't something we do yet. ### How is this different from the free invoice generator without an account?
