# Invoice without an account

With the free invoice generator you make a one-off invoice PDF without an account. With your logo and colours, and nothing is stored on our servers.

Only need an invoice now and then? Then you don't need an account. With the [free invoice generator](https://eenfactuurmaken.nl/en/invoice-generator) you make a neat PDF in a few minutes.

## How does it work?

1. **Fill in your invoice.** Your business details (name, address, KvK number, VAT ID, IBAN), your customer (business or individual), the invoice number, the dates and the lines.
2. **Choose the VAT.** Standard VAT (21%, 9% or 0% per line), reverse charge or the KOR. The right statement is added to your invoice automatically.
3. **Make it look good.** Upload your logo (PNG, JPEG or SVG, up to 500 KB), choose one of the three styles and your colours, and turn on the payment QR code if you like.
4. **Download the PDF.** You can look at a preview first.

Below the form you see a checklist of what's still missing for a valid Dutch invoice. You can always download, even if something is still open.

## Privacy: nothing on our servers

The PDF is made in your own browser. Your details and your logo are not sent to our server and we store nothing.

Don't want to fill in everything every time? Turn on **Remember my business details on this device**. Your business details, logo and style are then kept in your own browser's storage. **Forget my details** removes them again.

> In the generator you choose the invoice number yourself. Make sure your numbers run in sequence, without gaps or duplicates, for example 2026-001, 2026-002. And keep your invoices yourself: you must be able to show them for 7 years.
